Pitchers of Sangria and Spanish Tapas at Vicky Cristina

//Pitchers of Sangria and Spanish Tapas at Vicky Cristina

It’s funny because I go to restaurants sometimes and I don’t automatically want to write a blog post on it. This happened at Vicky Cristina and it’s because I always had SUCH a blast eating there that it didn’t occur me to take pictures of everything and all. Does this happen to some of you too?

Vicky Cristina is located in the old train station of Tel Aviv, right in the center of the city. Seriously, the perfect location. The restaurant is under the trees, cool lights and surrounded by the best music of all. There are three parts to the restaurant and I’ve always eaten at the one on the right side. It was such a good time each time. Vicky is the tapas restaurant and Cristina is the wine bar, which has over 120 variety of wines.

This place is a Spanish tapas place with little dish you share with the whole table. I now have almost tried everything on the menu but I will definitely come back to try it all.

What to Get:

  • The Fried Cauliflower
  • The Ceviche!!! Oh my, was so good!
  • The Mini Burger (they are really mini so get two)
  • Patatas Bravas: small cut up potatoes with melted cheese on top
  • Paella
  • Tomato Salad
  • Asparagus with tchina sauce on top

For the drinks, I got the cosmopolitan cause I felt like Carrie Bradshaw for the night. Just kidding! I just was in the mood for one. Every other cocktail really sounded amazing as well no worries.

And finally, the part everyone likes most! DESERT!

If you guys don’t get the churros, there is a serious problem going on. After having those in Spain, I can really say these are as good! You will get Nutella and dolce de leche dips with it. Their other famous desert is the ice cream with Nutella crunch sauce topped on. There’s no words to explain how good that was. No matter how much you all ate, you NEED to get it! Take it from someone who was so full too hehe.

The price is relatively fair and this place isn’t Kosher for those who only eat in Kosher places. I’m sure you will all love it as much as I did, xx

To be considered, nice made, however, you can render down your photos so your side would be much faster to load. First I thought it was broken but then the images came up.

Looks ever so delish and as I’m not a practicing Jew I don’t need to think about the kosher part either. And I do relate to what you wrote in the beginning. Sometimes in all the excitement you actually forget to take pictures, but that only means one thing. You’re actually have a really good time in real life and not everything needs to be documented 🙂
