A Pho soup to warm your heart and body!

I know at first glance, soups don’t really look appetizing whatsoever. But I swear that a PHO soup will make you want to finish your bowl! The taste it has is so special. I can remember it even after not eating it for a while.

During fall in Montreal, the temperature drops and it is a must for all Montrealers to get warmed up by having a warm meal in the city. Luckily, the best Vietnamese restaurant is located on Cotes-des-Neiges and is open everyday except on Tuesdays. The place is small, maybe 40 people can fit in all but you will never see a table that’s empty! The waiting time is about ten minutes and the service is quick and ready to write down your order when you take a last look at the menu!

What to Get

Everything is delicious, the chicken is slightly grilled with teriyaki sauce, the soup has the best rice noodles and the spring rolls for starters is a must when going there!

Have YOU already ate a PHO soup? If yes, how did you like it?
