Hiking at the Moubra Lake

///Hiking at the Moubra Lake

Even though the Moubra Lake is worth the hard part, hiking in altitude could be harder than you think.  The air is thin, the level of oxygen is lower, and your lungs work harder. It’s not impossible, but it’s harder than when you’re down the mountains.

Don’t worry though, I’ve got good tips for you all!

The Tips

  1. Make sure to bring a scarf and a hat. You need to have your head, ears, and throat covered at all times. The air is super cold and you don’t want to get sick!
  2. If you feel like it’s getting harder to breath, stop for a minute, drink a bit of water, and continue your way up!
  3. Do not forget to bring a bottle of water with you! Even though the air is dry and chilly, you get hydrated faster without even realizing. Stay hydrated!
  4. HAVE FUN! The most important! Nature is so beautiful and we often take it for granted. This forest has so many beautiful trees and it is so fun to walk around the woods so enjoy it as much as you can!

Thanks for stopping by today, hope you like my pictures! xx
