Welcome back to YOUR TRAVELS on BRANDTRAVELS! I haven’t posted in this section of my blog for a while but I am back!

This week, say hello to an incredible story in Sydney by Emma Lawson. Emma contacted me a few months ago. She was very interested in sharing with me her travels. I am finally happy to publish it.

If anyone is interested in being featured on BrandTravels, contact me and send your travel story over! Xx

Land Down Under

Sydney is one truly stunning city with an even more impressive population. One thing that really differs this city from New York or London is how much time people spend relaxing and enjoying life. People are very friendly and they love socialising and partying. They really know how to live, and they will always lift up everyone’s spirits with their upbeat attitudes. But, Sydney is quite an expensive city to live in, so if you want to visit for a longer time, it’s maybe best if you applied as house sitters and earn some allowance for the stay.

Sydney also has a relatively moderate climate. Yes, in the summer you can have extremely hot days, but usually, the temperatures are pretty comfortable. Winters, on the other hand, are very mild and perfect for all sorts of outdoor activities. Aussies love spending time outside hiking or off-road cycling. And of course, how can you leave out Sydney’s beautiful beaches, perfect for surfing and swimming or just relaxing and soaking up the sun.

I consider myself someone who loves trying out different dishes and cuisines, and Sydney definitely didn’t disappoint. Being a true melting pot of nationalities and cultures, you can really experience many interesting meals there. Certainly, don’t leave Australia until you’ve had their amazing BBQ and burgers. And my personal opinion is that Sydney is one of the best places to experiment with Asian food, outside of Asia, of course.

Thank you Emma for featuring your story here!
