In the heart of Downtown Montreal, you can find the best yoga studio of the city! Eno Yoga not only have the best hot yoga classes, but the staff is nice, the place is clean and the yoga teachers are amazing! If you come to this place stressed, angry or sad, you will leave with a smile on your face guaranteed!

I usually go to the hot yoga flow, a 45 minutes hot yoga class and by hot, I mean, REALLY hot, and it made me so happy I made time for this short class during my day! I felt so relax the minute it was over and sore the next day, something I totally love!

The class isn’t too hard, you can go even if you are a beginner and if you’re having trouble, you can also count on your teacher to help you! Little tips before heading to a class as hot as this one:

  1. Drink a LOT of water before, during and after! The temperature of the room is hot and your body needs to stay hydrated at all times.
  2. Get there 30 minutes in advance so you have time to lay in the hot room 10 minutes before class starts. Your body should get this time to get used to the temperature. It would be harder if you came in one minute because class started.
  3. Last but not least, ENJOY, have fun and make the best out of it! Namaste’!
