Tofu Asian Salad and Vegan Zucchini Omelette at Alegria

//Tofu Asian Salad and Vegan Zucchini Omelette at Alegria

Did you ever feel inspired to eat more healthy? This year, I’ve been more and more into organic food and vegan restaurants. It hasn’t become part of my daily routine to eat vegan but I’m considering being more careful with what I eat in terms of what is the food I put in my mouth!

Alegria is a 100% vegan restaurant located on Ibn Gavirol, one of the biggest streets of Tel Aviv. This cute restaurant also has organic and vegan products you can buy for home. Everything on the menu looked incredible which made it so hard for me to choose what to get.

What to Get

We went with the Asian salad which I have no words for. Hands down to the best Asian salad I’ve ever tasted. And guess what guys? It is so much better with tofu than chicken!

Next up, was a sandwich with a zucchini omelette, salsa, lettuce, tchina and a side salad that comes with. It was also so insanely good oh my god. I will forever come back to Allegria and definitely make more blog posts about this place.

To all my vegan friends living in Tel Aviv, this is where you need to head to! And to those who are not vegan, be open minded and come try it as well.

What I Wore

Today, I wore a Barbie pink dress from Zara with ruffles on the sleeves. I couldn’t resits putting this dress today even though it is so hot out. I have a very tan skin and so, the pink I choose really pops out. If you know what looks good with your skin tone, you can pull off anything!

Have you guys tried vegan food before? How did you feel about it?

Haha, Israel must be like the food mecca (no pun intended) of the world as they make both the best poké bowls as well as Asian salads over there. If this is the case I’ll merely go there on a food pilgrimage 🙂

I’ve tried vegan food but I don’t live near any vegan restaurant. Your pink outfit is delightful Sharon. Love, Valeria
