A Yummy Breakfast at Taillens

///A Yummy Breakfast at Taillens

Chez Taillens

Taillens will be your go-to place for breakfast if you’re staying in Crans to ski for a week during winter. Located in the center of the city, this place gets crowded around 9am so be sure to be there before to get a cozy table by the window. This restaurant has tons of cakes, pastries, different kinds of chocolates, and delicious sweets that will be hard to forget! The coffee is always really strong and if you’re an expert in coffee, you will really enjoy this one!

I had breakfast here the entire week I stayed in Crans. I never got tired of it! This is to tell you guys how delicious, cozy and charming this café place is. People come in before and after skying also. I guess snowboarding all day makes all these people hungry.

Since 1943, Taillens has always been the most amazing spot for your hungry stomach! I hope you guys all get the chance to head over there for the best French and Swiss specialities!

I will be in Switzerland for another week and will head back to Tel Aviv then! Hope you guys are having an awesome weekend, xx

    Wonderful to see them getting much-deserved publicity. I’ve been going to Taillens since the mid-80s (lived there for nearly 25 years). Fabulous bakery. For sitting, sipping, and munching, I prefer the Montana location, but it’s such a pity someone built that stupid oversized apartment building across the street from the Montana shop, blocking the gorgeous view of the mountains on the south side of the Rhone Valley. I love everything at Taillens, particularly the fruit tarts, Pain Paillasse, chocolate, lemon tart…oh heck, I love it all, particularly the Taillens family! Wish Nico would open up in VAIL! 😉😈

      Im so happy to know you’ve been! Everyone I’ve spoke to about this bakery don’t know about it, which is too bad because the cakes and pastries are too good to be true! Thank you for you comment, xx
