After a four hour flight, and waiting for people to bring me back my suitcase that they took by accident, I finally made it to Crans-Montana, a village next to Sion and Geneva. Landing on Christmas Eve was totally hectic but also super amazing since the place was filled with decorations and a big Christmas Market in the center of the city.
As you can see in the picture above, the altitude is 1015 m but this number just went up and up each minute. The fresh mountain air is truly amazing and gives my cheeks a pink colour during the day. However, I have to admit that breathing is hard and the air is so thin that it’s hard to go for a run or a jog which is too bad.
The Christmas Market had a special fire show by Le Cirque du Soleil, which was unreal! Everyone was gathered in the middle with Santa’s hat on their heads (I unfortunately didn’t get one). If you need any tips for cool places in Crans, don’t hesitate to contact me!
Thanks for stopping by today, xx
